A Wairoa woman has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of her mother.
Annie Rangi appeared at the High Court in Napier this morning, via video link from Wellington.
The 52-year-old has admitted assaulting her mum Aileen MacDonald at her Napier home in December last year.
The 70-year-old died three days later.
Rangi has been remanded on bail for sentencing in August.
