PG Tips has reduced the amount of tea in each bag.
UK correspondent Malcolm Stuart says 160 million cups of tea are consumed every day - so there's understandable outrage.
"That adds up. A box of 80 teabags is now 7% lighter than it used to be, down by some 26 grams."
